The Lock Out feature allows you to set a unique three-digit code that prevents users from making unnecessary settings adjustments.
For example, when it comes to the dry ice feed rate setting, more dry ice usage does not always equal higher performance. Each nozzle has its own recommended dry ice feed rate that goes hand-in-hand with its air consumption rating.
Higher air consumption nozzles generally require higher dry ice feed rates and vice versa. By using amounts of dry ice above these ranges, optimal performance decreases and consumable costs unnecessarily increase.
The dry ice feed rate, in addition to blasting pressure and particle size, can be set and password-protected so you have complete control of blasting operation regardless of whom is using the machine.
