PE Series Pelletizers

We are thrilled to introduce some of the latest additions to our product lineup - the PE Series dry ice pelletizers! The PE 50 & PE 80 are designed to produce high-quality dry ice pellets that can be used for a variety of applications, most notably for dry ice blasting.

Take Control Of Your Supply

These pelletizers are compatible with various liquid carbon dioxide (LCO₂) storage and supply options. They also enable you to produce dry ice pellets on-site, eliminating the need for external dry ice suppliers and ensuring better control for your business. When it comes to output, both are designed to meet the demands of low-volumes of dry ice needed for various industries and applications. The PE 50 has a production capacity of up to 50 kg (110 lbs) per hour, while the PE 80 offers an output of up to 80 kg (176 lbs) per hour.

Production Versatility

The PE 50 and PE 80 also offer flexibility in terms of dry ice pellet sizes. In addition to the standard 3mm high density blasting pellets, they can also produce smaller sizes for delicate cleaning and optimal removal of thin, film-like contaminants or larger sizes for transport cooling applications. This versatility allows you to tailor your dry ice production according to your specific needs and applications. It is also a great fit for manufacturers with multiple dry ice blasters, contract cleaners, and the automotive restoration industry.

Easy To Operate & Maintain

Both pelletizers boast features that enhance the user experience and operational efficiency. These machines are designed with user-friendly interfaces and simple controls that allow for the production of high-quality dry ice pellets within minutes. Additionally, the maintenance and upkeep of these machines are straightforward and uncomplicated, which means that they can be run with minimal interruption to your daily operations.
