♻ Unlocking Environmental Solutions ♻

We are excited to introduce our RE-CO2 Recovery Systems, the cutting-edge solution to the dry ice production process which also contributes to environmental sustainability. In this edition, we will explore how dry ice is produced, recycling carbon dioxide (CO2) gas emitted from this process, and the benefits of doing so!

Dry Ice Production 101

Our dry ice production equipment employs a straightforward yet highly efficient process. It uses liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2), which when brought to normal atmospheric pressure in a pelletizer chamber, half of this liquid is converted to CO2 snow, and the other half is converted to gas, called revert gas. The CO2 snow is then compressed into dry ice while the revert gas is typically vented into the atmosphere.

Saving CO2

By using our RE-CO2 Recovery Systems, this revert gas is collected and recycled to make more dry ice. With a modular design and multiple liquefaction capacities, we ensure that customers will drastically improve the conversion rate of LCO2-to-dry ice. Our RE-CO2 Recovery Systems integrate easily with all Cold Jet (and many competitor) dry ice production systems, including our Integrated Blasting Systems!

Seamless Integration & Cost Savings

The installation of these systems is straightforward and customizable to meet specific production needs. They seamlessly integrate into existing production equipment, maximizing infrastructure, and ensuring efficient production. This integration allows businesses to reap the benefits of the technology while reducing costs by up to 40%, increasing productivity, improving efficiency, and promoting environmental sustainability
